This was a modern house reconstruction. This house consists of two materials. A matrix of the house is the first floor. On this part we proposed white plaster that stands out to other parts of the facade. Above ground floor is the main portion of the house. The selected material solution bonded particleboard cladding facades underlines the significance of matter. Opening the north-eastern side of the facade glazing material excelling accented second floors. Cortenova facing railings on a flat roof above the first floor is chosen to contrast with other selected materials. At the same time it forms the pleasant end to the matrix. As underline the main materials we proposed darker stone cladding on plinths, paving terraces, walkways, in continuation of the base of the wall fence. Timeless and modern design of the house as filler perforated metal fence.
