Façade change relates to existing building called Aurora. North facade as the most typical part of the building is the basis for the character of the new facade. The idea of a new facade consists in layering and building materials to the bottom of a heavy stone base, which carries the white plastered brickwork. In the upper part of the facade we proposed dark wood panelling with white decoration that is protected against the weather roof. In the southern part of the facade of the villa we preserved original railings, which has a value for the owners. New railings on the first floor will be complemented by existing character preserved railings. This creates a uniform character of the facade. New facade unites the building into a beautiful whole and suppresses the current “broken” character villa Aurora.
