The aim is to create an independent public space – square, streamline communications network, restoration and revitalization of existing natural elements. Mass – spatial arrangement is based on the idea of creating overlapping blocks as urban elements with separate indoor public spaces. Links also address public stalls and roof plane as an organic part of the building and the adjacent sports and recreation areas. The idea of continuity of solutions is a natural gradation of an open block that not only achieves organic form, but the main advantages of layering the individual zones and good sunlit areas and encouraging view of the surrounding territory.
The philosophy of architecture, materials and mass structure in kind based on natural base enriched with modern design elements, as well as the scale of the mass of existing structures – especially residential buildings. Architecture and building facades track is fully supported by the dynamics of the proposed urban structure open block.
